Frequently asked questions

How do I share a child profile?

Open the app menu, choose the sharing option, and generate an invitation code. Send the code to the other parent or caregiver so they can join the same child profile from their account.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases near the bottom. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings in the app and select Delete account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
