Baby Tracker (“the app”) helps parents record a baby’s sleep, feeding and care, and optionally share those records with another caregiver. This policy explains what the app stores, why, and how to get rid of it. The app is operated by Ruslan Matusevich (“we”), the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR.

The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking SDKs. We do not build profiles, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we never sell data.
Records are kept on your device and, once you have an account, on our backend hosted by Supabase, which processes the data on our behalf. If you use the App Store to subscribe, Apple processes the payment; we never see your card details.
The app is for parents and caregivers, not for children. Everything recorded about a child is entered by an adult who is responsible for that child. We ask for no more than a name and a date of birth, and both are optional in the sense that you may enter anything you like.
Sharing is under your control: a child’s records become visible to another account only after you generate an invite code and give it to that person. Anyone who joins can see and edit that child’s records. Removing a child from your device removes your access; when the last person leaves, the child and all of its records are deleted from the server.
Records are kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Delete account. That removes your account, your profile, your memberships and every child that nobody else shares — along with all of its records — from our servers, and wipes the copies stored on the device. It cannot be undone. Children still shared with someone else stay with the remaining caregivers.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, a portable copy, or restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. Deleting your account in the app covers erasure immediately; for anything else, write to us. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
